Mosaic and Decoupage Gifts

My inspiration? I was searching high and low for a very special mirror for my daughter’s bedroom to compliment the color scheme. Unable to find what I was searching for, I decided to put my 20 yrs of past artistic experience with different mediums to use, and was inspired to create a one of a kind heirloom mirror from vintage pieces of china and tile. This became a delight to everyone who saw it and each wanted his/her own unique piece. Thus ARTC was born.
