Custom-Made-to Order Items

Custom-designed furnishings, accessories, select gifts require payment in full upon order. Because artisans craft these items to your specifications, ARTC GIFTS cannot accept returns of custom items.

Artc Gifts will make available more pictures as well as color swatches to help you select the appropriate colors and designs for your décor. Because custom items cannot be returned, Artc Gifts suggests that you contact us prior to purchasing your custom order. You can email Customer Service or call us at 914-944-0005 Monday through Friday between 10 am and 5 p.m (eastern standard time).

Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.

Shipping Time: Custom Items take approximately 3 weeks to create, so you will receive your item 3 - 4 weeks from the order date.

Returns, Exchanges

Artc Gifts strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, for an exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition.

Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a credit or exchange. If you return an item after the 10 business day window your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item’s purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your approved return we will either issue a credit or ship the item you have selected in exchange. (Shipping costs cannot be refunded by Artc Gifts. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.) We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

Custom items cannot be returned (see above section on "Custom Items").

Privacy

We value our customers and respect your privacy. We will not sell or give out your personal information. This information will be use to process your order, contact you regarding your order, and add you to our mailing list. Should you wish to be removed from our mailling list, you can do so by sending an email to customerservice@artcgifts.com with REMOVE in the subject.

Upon your request, orders can be gift wrapped and will  include a personal card from you for your gift giving convenience -COMPLIMENTARY !
